Corina Soriano

President-Elect

Corina Soriano has more than 20 years of experience in Compensation, Mobility Management and Human Resources. She began her career at Ernst & Young as an Auditor, and later on moved into the Human Resources field with American Airlines.

Corina specializes in the development of compensation and mobility policies, job grading structures, etc., and has led in global projects abroad in Europe, Latin America, Asia Pacific and Emerging Markets. In addition, she has experience in mergers & acquisitions, due diligence projects, transition services supporting cultural alignment and integration, different grading methodologies (HAY, IPE Mercer, and others.) and has worked in over 80 countries.

Corina has served in leadership roles such as, Vice President of Human Resources, Vice President Global Center of Expertise. Her experience includes a range of industries: aviation, manufacturing, transportation, logistics and hospitality. 

Corina has devoted her time to different South Florida and international non-profit organizations. She has participated in impactful projects for communities including literacy programs, elderly care and sanitization projects with Worldbank and local government in the Dominican Republic.  She is currently a member of the ERC Worldwide association, World@work association.  Corina has lived in South Florida since the mid 90’s .
