Myrlande Vincent is a Human Resources professional with seven (7) years of experience handling Classification and Compensation, HRIS and Leave Administration in local government. She is serving in a new position with the City of Atlanta as the Compensation Director.

Myrlande holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Public Administration (with a specialization in Human Resources Management) from Florida International University. Additionally, has achieved the designation of Senior Certified Professional by IPMA-HR and SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). Myrlande enjoys working collaboratively to bring about change and improvements in the workplace.
