Daphne Robboy-Alvarez

Daphne Robboy is a seasoned marketing and communications professional with over 14 years of experience and a proven track record of success in leading and developing strategic initiatives across global Marketing and Communication organizations. Currently, she holds the position of Head of Global Marketing and Communications, Planning and Regional Markets at DB Schenker. She started her career in the Duty-Free industry specializing in fragrances and cosmetic marketing at local markets in the American and then shifted focus to the premium cigar industry in the USA. Daphne is specialized in driving Global strategy, communication, and transformation communication alignment.

Daphne has spearheaded multi-year strategic planning for all communication and marketing activities in multiple organizations at Global, Local and Regional level proving significant KPIs for the organizations. Additionally, she worked on large scale rebranding projects, merger and acquisition communications, employee communications projects and supported executive communication strategies.

Daphne is a Miami native. She went to undergrad in New Orleans at Loyola University and Graduate School at FIU.
