Delywnn Freeman is a Human Resources professional with over 10 years of experience transforming HR and business operations. He is currently the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer for Broward County Government.

He has worked in both the public and private sectors with comprehensive experience in compensation, talent acquisition and retention, labor relations, staff development, DEI, conflict resolution, HRIS, and policy development.

He has proven success in creating cultures of collaboration and implementing change to achieve workforce excellence. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Florida State University and achieved the designation of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by HRCI.
